V. Packages and Promotions

The Customer will have to pay additional costs on behalf of the provider, in all cases where he requests in writing rectifications, modifications, cancellations, subscription payments by bank transfer or the transmission of documents by courier and other costs are borne by the Customer. The customer agrees and undertakes to pay for all these additional services in the provider’s account, within 3 days of receiving the invoice sent to the e-mail address provided by him on the date of registration of the account on the site.

If the Client requests a duplicate of the invoice, at his request, it is issued and sent in electronic format within 14 days from the client’s request, the communication is made to the client’s e-mail address, provided on the date of its registration. on the website www.jobshotels.eu. If the customer requests in writing the purchase of a package from the site www.jobshotels.eu by bank transfer, he agrees to pay to the Supplier’s account the full price of the package and all costs of bank fees related to the transaction and other costs regarding the communication of documents by courier. VI. Additional costs
The Customer will have to pay additional costs, in all cases where he requests in writing rectifications, modifications, cancellations, refunds of the value of the package, payments for bank transfer or transmission of documents by courier and other costs are borne by the Customer. The Customer agrees and undertakes to pay into the Supplier’s account all additional expenses within 3 days of issuing the invoice. The customer will receive the electronic invoice on the e-mail address provided upon registration on this site. In case of non-fulfillment of payment or deferral obligations, an interest of 10% will be charged over the legal interest of the NBR, penalties of 2% / day applied to the value of the invoice, as well as the collection costs. If the Customer requests a duplicate of the invoice, at his request, it is issued and sent electronically within 14 days of the customer’s request. The communication is made to the e-mail address provided on the date of its registration on the site. If the customer requests in writing the purchase of a package from the site www.jobshotels.eu by bank transfer, he undertakes to pay the full price of the package and all bank costs related to the transaction and other costs of communication of documents by courier. The Client accepts that the Supplier SC Casa Bella serv impex SRL to issue and send electronically the invoice containing, the cost of the package as well as all expenses related to the transaction by bank transfer and undertakes to pay within 3 days from the date of issuing the invoice.

VII. Return / cancellation policy between Supplier and Customer
If the customer wants to cancel the package, he has the obligation to complete and send a notification for the cancellation of the package within the term provided by law bearing all additional costs according to art. If the Customer does not send a notice of cancellation within the legal deadline, the customer loses the right to request the cancellation of the package. VI of these terms and conditions.
If the Customer requests the cancellation of the package, the visibility of the ads will be immediately suspended, according to the terms and conditions.
Reimbursement of the value of the package is made within 30 working days from the written confirmation by the Supplier (confirmation specifying that the reimbursement of the value of the package has been approved) by the Company SC Casa Bella serv impex SRL, in the following conditions.
The client must present in writing the proof of communication of the fact that the reimbursement of the value of the package has been approved and the proof of payment of the administration fees invoice, according to the terms and conditions, art. VI.
VIII. Intellectual property rights

Users have the opportunity to send their CV directly to the Client (company, employer), through the platform www.jobshotels.eu, accessing the menu section “Jobs” and then the section “Apply for a job” in the selected ad.
XII. Obligations of the Client and the User
In order to use the services offered by the website www.jobshotels.eu, the Client undertakes to update, when the situation so requires, the registration data so that they are true, accurate and complete.
