Nestled in the heart of Brussels, our three-star hotel offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, paired with delicious cuisine that keeps our guests coming back for more. We’re currently seeking a talented Breakfast cook to lead our culinary team and ensure that every morning begins with a delectable and memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage a team of three kitchen staff members, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

– Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of the breakfast buffet to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality.

– Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering, receiving, and organizing stock to maintain optimal levels.

– Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.

– Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among kitchen staff members.

 

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment, preferably within a hotel or restaurant setting.

– Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

– Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

– Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
